Footer Column 1 & 2

    Hopefully another easy one!!
    The widgettext (Title) for Footer Column 1 & 2 both H3. I am only using Footer Column 1 but would like it to have a smaller font as in H4.
    Can this be done or can Footer Column 2 be changed to H4/
