    Hi there,

    I’m having a problem with the footer where the copyright and social media icon are. The problem is that that black bar show on some pages like this one /my-account/) but not on others pages like this one (/about).

    However, when I create a new page the black footer bar with copyright and social media icon does appear.

    Not sure what is wrong with this. Do I need to recreate all pages so I can have that footer or there is something that I should need to click on so it can show up.

    Please identify exactly which theme you are using and then post in that theme’s dedicated forum via its page so the theme’s developers and support community can help you with this.

    That’s a commercial theme.

    For commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

    Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly.

    Commercial products are not supported in these forums.
