How do I copy coding from other football pool sites?
Two cents: Asking that question in a public forum is tantamount to asking us if we will be a lookout at a heist for you.
Developers spend a great deal of time and money creating custom site design and functionality. Simply copying anything in them is not just unethical is is quite illegal in most jurisdictions or at least could lead to a civil lawsuit.
That said, how some other site functions is not a WordPress.org Support Forum Troubleshooting issue. If you have a .org site up and running and have a specific question on it, please let us know and we will be glad to assist. If you are aware of a site running .org and have a question about how it works, you could contact them and ask them.
Now, that all said, what a dev would do is create a form where a visitor would fill in fields and then that would be stored in the MySQL database for use/output using specific templates/functions.
Sorry for my wording, it’s not exactly copying their coding, more so editing their formula to put in my own. I’m just looking for examples on how I should be doing my coding so I can incorporate my own ideas, not rip off somebody else’s. Yes sir/ma’am, was referring to American football. That football pool plugin doesn’t help me out much, I already tried it. Unless I’m just not understanding it completely.
