    Hello Dear Masteriyo support

    I uploaded my fonts in WordPress. In version Masteriyo 2.x and above, the account page titles and texts were shown in the font i uploaded. But in 3.4.x these are not shown in the font i uploaded: In account menu: Title “Learning” “sessions” “purchases”

    Hi @derlehre ,

    Thanks for reporting this. You’re right, and it’s a regression on our side.

    When the account page was rebuilt in 3.1, its stylesheet started forcing font-family: 'Inter', sans-serif on the text elements inside the account page container. That rule overrides whatever font your theme sets, which is why your uploaded font stopped appearing there. I’ve passed it to the dev team so the account page inherits the theme font again.

    In the meantime you can restore it with a bit of CSS in Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS (or your child theme’s stylesheet):

    #masteriyo-account-page p,
    #masteriyo-account-page span,
    #masteriyo-account-page a,
    #masteriyo-account-page li,
    #masteriyo-account-page label,
    #masteriyo-account-page button,
    #masteriyo-account-page input,
    #masteriyo-account-page textarea,
    #masteriyo-account-page h1,
    #masteriyo-account-page h2,
    #masteriyo-account-page h3,
    #masteriyo-account-page h4,
    #masteriyo-account-page h5,
    #masteriyo-account-page h6 {
    	font-family: inherit !important;
    }

    inherit hands those elements back to your theme’s font. If you’d rather pin it explicitly, swap inherit for your font name; for example, 'My Font', sans-serif.

    Let me know if anything on the account page still shows the wrong font after that, and a link to the page would help me check.

    Hello dear @sauravkhanal Thanks it worked. Now the account page is nice ny the css.

    • I noticed that the font in the learn page is not what i use, the next previous lessons buttons, mark as complete amd other texts in the Learn page.
    • In immersive layout, everything looks okay except the The course tilte(the one which is above all). It’s not shown in the font i use.
    • In immersive: In single course page, down there, the text of Are You ready to start the course. This also doesn’t appear with the font i use. It appears with default font.

    Hi @derlehre,

    Glad the account page looks right now, and thanks for checking the other pages too.

    Learn page: you’re right. It has the same problem as the account page, since its styles force the Inter font. I’ve reported both pages to our development team, and they’re tracking it as a bug. The fix is planned for an upcoming release, so both pages will use your site’s font again. I’ll update this thread when it’s out.

    Until then, you can fix the Learn page with CSS. It needs your font’s name, not inherit, because the page body is forced to Inter too. Replace ‘My Font’ with your font’s exact name:

    body:has(#masteriyo-interactive-course), masteriyo-interactive-course p, masteriyo-interactive-course span, masteriyo-interactive-course a, masteriyo-interactive-course li, masteriyo-interactive-course label, masteriyo-interactive-course button, masteriyo-interactive-course input, masteriyo-interactive-course textarea, masteriyo-interactive-course h1, masteriyo-interactive-course h2, masteriyo-interactive-course h3, masteriyo-interactive-course h4, masteriyo-interactive-course h5, masteriyo-interactive-course h6 {

    font-family: 'My Font', sans-serif !important;

    }

    Immersive layout: the course title and “Ready to start learning?”: Masteriyo doesn’t set a font on these two headings. They use your theme’s heading font. This pins them to your font:

    .masteriyo-immersive-hero__title,
    .masteriyo-immersive-cta-band__heading {
    font-family: 'My Font', sans-serif !important;
    }

    Both go in Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS, same as before. Once the fix is released, you can remove the account page and Learn page snippets. Keep the immersive one if you want those headings in your font.

    If the Learn page still shows the default font after this, please share a link to a lesson. Also tell me how you added your fonts: through the WordPress Font Library, your theme, or a plugin. That tells me whether your font files load on that page at all.

    One last thing: please keep an eye on the changelog in upcoming Masteriyo updates. Once the font fix ships, remove the account page and Learn page CSS you added, so the plugin’s own fix takes over and the old CSS doesn’t get in the way of future changes.
