Font Tonal Changes

Hi: My blog is http://www.coppercoastworkshops.com/minimalistics and it uses the Spotless theme.

I’ve spent the last couple of hours trying to darken the main text on (a) the about and why pages and (b) the title under each picture, but nothing that I do seems to work. Please could someone advise which two bits of the Style Sheet refer to the bits that I need to change.

I’m not sure if all style sheets use a “standard” terminology, so I’ve pasted the style sheet below…
