Font sizes and errant html code

When I post my blogs, I insert two photos and then cut and past the blog text from word using 12 pt Times New Roman. When I attempt to save the post, the system inserts html code following the images and preceding the text. When I highlight and delete the code, it seems to change the font of the text. Normally, creates a smaller font size, and sometimes creates different font sizes and styles.

Any tips would be appreciated.
