• I am using the Ultra Theme. I go to the “customize” tab and then to “typography” and then to “default typography” because I am trying to change the color on “Heading 1.” The font color will not change. All of the other features work. For example, I am able to change the actual font, the background color, the line height, decoration, padding etc. The only think that will not change is the actual font color.

I am currently using a temporary url. Here it is: http://3e1.07e.myftpupload.com

    Thanks so much.

  • What color would you like it to be?

It looks like you have two h1’s currently and A LOT of padding on one.

Thanks for the reply allisonplus. I am not sure what you mean when you say that I have 2 h1’s. I dont understand how this could be possible. I am very new to WordPress and having a bit of a hard time. I think I have only one h1. If I do have two, I am unable to find the other one. I have alot of padding because I wanted to make sure that the picture covers the whole page. Maybe adding padding is the wrong way to go. As for the color of the font, I am not sure what color I want. I wanted to test it out by trying different colors in the “default typography” section of the “customize” tab.

How did you fare? Get it situated @recon1512?
