• I’m not sure which update started to mess up with the fonts, but every time I change the size font or font, the next day it is set again by default (font title size Hanken 400). You got to fix this, or just discontinue this plugin.

UPDATE May 11th 2020: Since version 2.7.3 everything is working again. Apparently, the issue was a conflict between Customify and The Event Calendar Pro.

    Hi,

You should update to the latest version (2.6.0) and tell us if the problem is still there.

We are actively maintaining the plugin and have no plans to discontinue it. All of our themes make use of it.

If you could open an issue with details on https://github.com/pixelgrade/customify so we could investigate, it would help a lot.

    Best regards,
    Vlad

    Hi Vlad @pixelgrade ,

Thanks for getting back to me. Unfortunately the problem is still there. I kept version 2.5.9 active on my websites and it’s okay. And the recent version of customify (2.7.2) broke my Listable websites. WordPress had to automatically deactivate the Customify plugin. Since it’s a mess, I kept all my websites running on customify version 2.5.9

I understand. Could you send over some details about your site setup and server at help@pixelgrade.com?

I find it hard to pinpoint why you would experience such issues with the latest version. Maybe old PHP version?

    Thanks,
    Vlad

Hi Vlad, thanks for your reply. This can’t be an old PHP version since my site is at least running on PHP 7.2 (hosted on WPEngine). I’ll try and send you information about my site setup. Alternatively I can send you an email to give you access to a staging website with the exact same configuration as my live website

Access to a staging site with the same issues would be swell. Thanks.

    Hi Vlad,

After updating Customify to its latest version, and testing it with the latest version of the listable theme, I noticed a compatibility issue between The Event Calendar Pro and Customify: whenever The Event Calendar Pro is active, it is IMPOSSIBLE to modify the values (font family, font size, etc) in Customify. After I deactivated The Event Calendar Pro, I could modify the values in Customify.
Since a LOT of people are using The Event Calendar Pro on their website, this is an issue you might want to check into.
Thanks again for the assistance, and I will try and investigate what was breaking my other site when I tried an updated Customify to its most recent version.

Oh, now I see. So it is a compatibility issue with The Event Calendar PRO. You are right, we need to investigate.

I’ve opened an issue on Github: https://github.com/pixelgrade/customify/issues/208

I encourage you to open issues if you find any problems.

    Hi Vlad @pixelgrade !

I’ve updated Customify to version 2.7.3 and my problem is fixed! I can now modify the value of Customify and save them, with the event calendar pro plugin active. I’m now all set. Problem is solved!

Once again thank you for addressing and solving the issue.
