• Hello,
I encounter an issue with a fresh install of WordPress and Media Library Plus 3.5 : the folders tree is not displayed.
Where the tree should appear, I only see “Loading” with the small rotating animation.
I was able to create a folder and upload a picture, then there is only problem with the folders tree. However, I can’t see where the folder has been created and the file uplodaded.
I tried both installation modes : direct install from WordPress site, and plugin folder upload through FTP.

    Hi odruard,

Often there are problems displaying the file tree when there are incorrect URLs within your media library records. If you can send me a email at alan@maxfoundry.com I’ll send you a plugin that will let you view the URLs of your files and folders to help you determine if they need to be fixed.
