Folders not writable error message.

    Hello, I was trying to run a full backup of my site. And I got the following message.

    Folder “/www/MYSITEDOMAIN/wp-content/uploads/backwpup-cef3cf-temp” is not writable
    Folder “/www/MYSITEDOMAIN/wp-content/uploads/backwpup-cef3cf-logs” is not writable

    also, if I open the log, I get “failed to open dir, permission denied” message.

    Can you check the permissions on that folders and set it so that the PHP process can write to this. If you can’t do it ask you hoster how to do it.
