When you say a plugin conflict do you mean plugin organizer is conflicting with something else or other plugins are conflicting? I’ve coded it so that it won’t do any disabling on the plugins.php page so hopefully PO is not disabling your plugins on that page or there is an issue.

I don´t think that it is a conflict with PO. In my case it seems to be a problem between Affiliate Enterprise and it´s extension for WooCommerce and WooCommerce itself..
I´ve made some changes for their appearance in admin area and I hope it´s fixed now.
In a lot of cases not the computer is the problem..

Enough people have asked for a way to donate that I figured it was probably time to put a donate button on my site. I’m sure I won’t make a lot from it but maybe I can pay for my yearly hosting charges.
FYI I will be releasing the new version that includes the ability to flush the rules for a page/post this weekend. I’ve made some other changes as well and have been testing them this week.

Version 5.7 will allow you to reset the page/post settings to default with a button in the PO meta box that says Reset setting for this post.
