• FluentBooking is a solid and well-built booking plugin. The overall performance is reliable, the interface is clean, and the support team deserves real credit — responses are fast, competent, and genuinely helpful. You don’t feel left alone when something gets tricky, which is a big plus.

However, there is one major drawback that, in my opinion, is hard to ignore: FluentBooking does not offer booking packages — and according to support, there are no plans to implement them. For a booking plugin that is designed to sell appointments, this is a serious limitation.

Selling appointment packages (for example, five sessions at once) is a standard and essential use case. Especially important: these sessions should be bookable flexibly by the customer, not forced into a recurring system where all appointments happen at the same time. This kind of package-based workflow is crucial for coaches, teachers, consultants, and anyone offering session-based services.

In short: FluentBooking is a good plugin with great support, but the lack of appointment packages is a dealbreaker for certain business models. If this feature were added, it would significantly elevate the plugin to the next level.
