This is the same issue as an earlier thread but WP deleted my earlier post (hey- it would be nice if you left the text in the email at least so I don’t have to re-create it!).

Issue: The main form Entries page doesn’t show new entries, even though the badge clearly shows a number of unread entries. The entries do show up on individual form pages.

Solution: Go to the date filter and re-select ‘All’

It’s not at all obvious why the date filter is not including the current date, so I recommend the UI surface the current filters somewhere so that if you see an “undefined” or something odd, you’ll know to reset it.

    Hi there,

Thank you for reporting this and for sharing the workaround.

The entries are not missing. The unread badge counts all unread submissions, while the main Entries page can have a separate date filter applied. This filter is remembered by the browser, which can cause the badge and the displayed entries to differ. Individual form pages use a different filter state, explaining why the entries remain visible there.

For now, selecting Date Filter → All should restore the missing entries. If the problem returns, please let us know.

Also, we’ve noted your suggestion about displaying the active filter more clearly and will review this behavior.

Thanks again for bringing this to our attention.

    Best regards
