It seems related to Autoptimize plugin or/and cache. Try deactivating this plugin just to check if it makes any difference.
pro-tip; add ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL to disable AO for that request. if confirmed, look at AO’s FAQ for troubleshooting info.

I disabled Autoptimize plugin (it’s currently disabled) and cleared cache. It doesn’t solve the problem (checked on Chrome and Firefox).
Any other ideas?

Some plugin/functionality is pulling the CSS from our plugin’s CSS file and inserting after modifying it in the head section of the HTML source. For example, for Facebook, it is inserting following CSS:

I tried disabling plugins one by one but couldn’t find the one responsible. What else can I try?

I tried with Twenty Fourteen and Twenty Fifteen but it’s still the same.
It’s obviously not theme related. Any other suggestions?
