Try clearing share counts cache from the “Miscellaneous” section at “Super Socializer > Social Sharing” page in admin area.

After clearing share counts cache in that section and clearing browser cache, the issue still persists. Do you know any other reason why this might be happening?
Save at least 15 minutes in the “Refresh Share Count cache every” option in “Miscellaneous” section at “Super Socializer > Social Sharing” options page. If that doesn’t work, try saving a different Facebook App ID and Secret in “Miscellaneous” section.

The version of the plugin used is 7.12.25, but there is no Facebook App ID and Secret in Miscellaneous section, here is the screenshot https://imgur.com/K14XJEG
Is there something else that has to be done to get the Facebook App ID and Secret to appear in the Miscellaneous section?
Updating the plugin to version 7.12.27 would fix it.

After updating to plugin version 7.12.27, the Facebook App ID and Secret fields became visible on the miscellaneous page and after entering the App ID and Secret, and clearing the counter cache, the count on the floating buttons and the buttons at the bottom of the page became synced.
