• Hello, the latest version of FlipSide is great – especially the ability to set the order of Icon/Title/Description on the front and back sides.
It works when I compose a FlipSide card in a post through the WordPress backend and then paste the resulting shortcodes. But in the Pagebuilder edit view, I can’t select Front Page, Back Page etc.. I tried to deactivate all other plugins apart from SiteOrigin Pagebuilder, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference. You can see a screengrab here: http://prntscr.com/9unqrn. “Genera”, “Front Side”, “Back Side” and “Custom” is not selectable.
As I can build the cards in a post it doesn’t worry me much and if it is a bug I’m sure you already know. But I wanted to let you know in case it’s useful. Thank you for your work on Codelights. I look forward to new great widgets, and always enjoy the FlipSide cards!
    Greetings, Jan Caspers.

    Hello caspersjan,

Please provide me additional information about the issue:

    1. Which WordPress theme do you use?
    2. Does the issues happen when you edit default post/page post types, or only when you edit some specific custom post type?
    3. What is the URL of the editing screen with the issue (only the relative part, after the domain name)?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello caspersjan,

It’s been two weeks since the last reply in this thread. I assume that you managed to fix the issue, and closing this topic. If not, please provide me more data about it.

    Hi Ruslan,
    I have the same issue.
You can see also a screenshot : Screenshot

I’m using Influence theme by SiteOrigin
I’ve experienced that with Modal Popup and Flipbox

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello lexel00,

Sorry for the belated reply. If you still experience this issue, let’s get back to it.

I’ve checked the issue this myself by creating flipbox and modal popup at the same page and, unfortunately, I cannot replicate it.

You can send me your WordPress credentials (admin page login, admin username and admin password) to rs(at)codelights.com so I could investigate and debug this better. If you don’t want to share production website credentials, you can create a separate development website where the issue occurs, so I could have a look there.

Will be waiting for your reply!
