Flipbox size

Hope you are doing well. Please decrease the box height and set it to 310px or at least 338px. And also set the background-size as cover then retry once. Hope your issue will be fixed.

Yes, you can use it. But in that case you need to use custom CSS for unset or set a value for the max-width. You can use the below custom CSS code for unsetting it:

.eb-flipbox-container.eb-flipbox-jxqusuf .eb-flipper,
.eb-flipbox-container.eb-flipbox-jxqusuf .eb-flipper .eb-flipbox-front,
.eb-flipbox-container.eb-flipbox-jxqusuf .eb-flipper .eb-flipbox-back {
  max-width: unset !important;
}

Please go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and use the above shared custom CSS code and retry once. And you can increase the height as well.
