Flickr Failed?

I hv activated the “Flickr Photo Gallery” plugin, put in the API code etc, and then I got the following error.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in C:\Clients\august\sugust.net\www\blog\wp-content\plugins\silaspartners\lib\curl.php on line 19

Anyone know a way to fix it, so that I can put a sidebar or photo gallery in my blog?
