flexytalk live chat widget set up issue

Looks like a good plugin but having this initial issue.

Receive email from Bot to add gmail account but no invite on the chat.

I receive this standard email:

“Thank you for installing our plugin on your site. Your free account includes unlimited chats and never expires. We hope you enjoy using it.

How to get started: We have sent you an invitation to become chat buddies on Gmail. You will find this invitation on your current IM app as the name BOT_@flexytalk.info. If you use GMAIL web mail, you’ll find the invite on the left sidebar near your chat buddies.”

But no invite on the left bar.

Any ideas?
