Flexible Shipping rate calculation

    I recently had a strange problem with my flexible shipping rate plugin. The calculation was not being done to the nearest .01 mile. It turns out that it was a problem with the way I specified the parameters in the settings area. Piotrek Bodera was able to work with me and the developer to sort out what was going on so now all is good to go! Piotrek was prompt in the communications were very clear about the solution and how to fix the problem. Terrific support!!!!!

    Thank you for the kind words — and for the exclamation marks, which I’ll happily take.

    Distance-based rules are one of those areas where a small difference in how the parameters are entered changes the result in ways that aren’t obvious from the outside, so I’m glad we got to the bottom of it together. Your willingness to walk through the setup with us made it much quicker to pin down.
