Do you mean that you want it to apply one rate for product X another rate for product Y? Or do you mean that you want the same rate but apply as rate * of items?

Yes, the first one.
Apply $25 for product X and apply $80 for product Y

You’d have to use Premium Shipping to do it. Set two Shipping Rules as Flat Rate and target one toward Product X and the other to Product Y.

Alright, I’m sorry I think I didn’t provide enough information. We tried the premium shipping and am afraid we’re going to have to return it.
Here’s my ultimate goal if you can help.
Product x ships at $100
if you purchase 2 of product x it is $200
Product Y ships at $200
if you purchase 2 of product y it is $400
I hope that is more clear, is the premium shipping extension able to do this? If not, is it possible? If so, which extension?
