After an update to WordPress 4.4, flat rate shipping became re-enabled in WooCommerce. We had it disabled before the update.

This has happened before – any ideas why or how we can prevent it?

We have a script to add default options, but if it was previously saved this shouldn’t occur. Did you run any upgrade routines, setup wizard, or anything else after upgrade?
