    Hi @beckseden!

Glad to hear you were able to identify the cause of the original issue!

Could you also let us know what was causing the issue? This information may be helpful for other users who experience something similar.

I’ve also replied to you in the new thread regarding the new issue, so we can continue troubleshooting it there.

    Hi @shahzeenfarooq

Embarrassingly, it was due to laziness.

Some of my products are a similar size a weight, so I used the same shipping class rather than make a new one for every single product type. This resulted in only one shipping fee if someone happened to put two different products with same shipping class in their basket.

This is what led me to understand that no matter what quantity of products were added, if they are the same shipping class, shipping will only be charged once for that class.

Thanks for your help on the new post – I think this will finally solve my issue.

    Hi @beckseden!

No worries at all! Thanks for explaining what was happening.

Yes, that explains why the shipping charge was only being applied once when different products shared the same shipping class. I’m glad the new setup looks like it will solve the issue for you.

I hope everything works as expected after your testing. Thanks again for the update!
