Flat rate and shipping methods problem

    Hi,

    We have a problem with the combination of shipping methods in the cart.

    We just use two Flate rate shipping methods for charging at home or at store.
    Our parameters are the following :
    – 3 shipping classes : Services, Product A and Product B
    – 2 shipping methods : At home and At store
    – We are using “By Command” type of calculation

    At store : 5€ for services, 1.90€ for product A and nothing for product B
    At home : nothing for services, 1.90 for product A and 1.90 for product B

    When the client make simple cart with just one of the shipping class it’s ok.

    But when he combined Services + Product (A or B), he can choose between 5€ and 1.90€.
    We want that Flat rate at store the only one available when Services are in the cart even with any other Product.

    Hi @robsonlillard77420,

    I’m not sure what you mean when you say you are using “By Command” type of calculation.

    However, what you want to do here is make sure that you’ve set the Calculation type for the “At Store” shipping method to Per Order as that defaults to the most expensive option based on shipping costs in the cart.

    Bear in mind that the “At Home” shipping method will still be there and the customer will, therefore, be able to choose either:

    • At Store for €5 or
    • At home for €1.90
