Hello,

I have a Flash Theme installed for this http://media-wise.in/.
But FT Slider Autoscrolling is not working.
However the Demo theme is showing autoscrolled images – https://demo.themegrill.com/flash/
Please help me with the same.

Hi @snehacodelinks,

I believe there’s a conflict due to some plugin. Try deactivating the plugins that aren’t provided while the theme Flash installation and check if it resolves the issue.

Deactivated all the plugins now only the required plugins are installed.

Hi @snehacodelinks,

Please, try uninstalling the elementor plugin and check if it resolved the issue.

I checked your website and the slider is working fine. Try clearing the cache in your browser.
