Flash drive install questions

    I found a tutorial to do a flash drive installation to have a blog with me at all times (mostly just for fun, to show others).

    So maybe I need to try installing it before asking too many questions …BUT I’m wondering if 1) I can take my existing blog and transfer it to my flash drive after WP is installed and/or can I “sync” my blog after working on it offline? Even if that means copying files manually to my FTP server …?

    Anyone got any input? THANKS.
