Flash banner settings how-to?

I have trawled google 3 times now, but simply cannot find a How-to o the proper settings/setup for a .swf-banner in this plugin… Can someone please help a flash-banner newbie?
(I have ticked off the box with “I want to use my own flash-banners”)
