Can you tell me which options have you enabled in “Ceceppa Multilingua” -> “Show flags” page?
same here! I’ve choosen to display flgas in one menu only (topbar, virtue theme) but they appear in every single menu!
io ho:
Aggiungi le bandiere al menu
Aggiungi un elemento per ogni lingua
Aggiungi a > topbar_navigation
Visualizza gli elementi come: solo Bandiera
Dimensione bandiere: it Piccolissima (16×11)
Tutte le altre opzioni della pagina sono off.

which option have you enabled in “Ceceppa Multilingua” -> “Show flags” page?
I resolved putting the flag(s) directly in the right menu in the menu page.
The “show flag” page keep putting flags everywhere (in several wp i run).
Update: i resolved with the handy “CeceppaML Bandiere (flag) in the standard wordpress “menu” page on one site. Another one, with the same theme and everything doesn’t have that option in wp-admin/nav-menus.php
