Fixed scrolling problem in wordpress page development

Dear, I am developing a website in test environment, it was working perfectly, more than a few days on after updating the Elementor to version 2.0.16 my google chrome browser is no longer displaying fixed images as fixed wallpaper made in wordpress with parallax effect, I already removed and installed again and the problem persists, I already tested in other browsers like mozilla and IE the same are working perfectly, I wonder what can be done to fix the problem in google chrome?
