fixed price under specific qty

    Hi, i have a product that can’t go lower than 5$ the min QTY for that product is 250.
    So the calculation is like that 0.02$ for 1pcs + min order (plugin) 250pcs = 5$
    I need to be able to set min QTY lower than 250 and so the price does not go lower than 5$, And if the order is more than 250pcs price is calculated on 0.02$/pc.

    How can i do that?
    People are asking for lower quantity and willing to pay the same price. (5$)
    It’s a likes for instagram/fb/tw/yt service.
