I would like to fix my menubar at the top, and my sidebars.
The sidebars run as widgets now. My goal is to let the top menubar stick, when the header has rolled up, and let the sidebars follow the same “stick.” The solution on this site would also be excellent, if the sidebars followed the same pattern.
I am no CSS or PHP programmer, so I would like a plugin or something.
I have installed Q2W3 Fixed Widget and it works when I am logged on wordpress.org, but not when I am logged-out or in other browsers. That doesn’t do me much good.
Even if Q2W3 worked I would like to get my menubar fixed too, while scrolling down my site. The only thing i want to move down is my content.
My theme is raindrops, and you can watch my blog live on
I would really appreciate some help. I crashed my site totally yesterday because I changed the functions.php file, so I am not much for coding. I couldn’t even enter my dashboard. I really thought I had lost everything. Luckily I had backups, and could enter through ftp.
If the only way is coding, then please be VERY specific about where exactly the code has to go, and in what file.
Really hope to hear back from you soon.
