Fixed Menu?

    Is there a way of easily changing the header.php to make the menu a fixed menu bar rather than having to click for it to pop out?
    I love the theme but I want a fixed menu bar between the header and page.
    Sorry I am a complete newbie to css etc.

    It’s quite hard to change it to fixed menu, there will be need a lots of change on the css.
