Fix PHPDoc comments

    Hi Chouby,

    I noticed that Polylang uses PHPDoc syntax in comments, but the syntax is not recognized by my IDE (NetBeans), because the comments do not start with /** as they should. Would it be possible to fix the syntax? Or do you have any special reason for using only /*?

    To have at least api.php file fixed would be really great!

    Hi!

    I did not know anything about all of this when I started writing Polylang. I try to improve the coding standards versions after versions. This one will be done in v1.9 (not only for api.php).
