Five-Star Support and an Excellent Plugin

I use Molongui Authorship Pro for our multilingual literary magazine Poet (Sweden) built on the Zeen theme and WPML.

The plugin itself is excellent, but what impressed me even more was the support. John Locke and the Molongui team went far beyond what I expected. They patiently investigated several compatibility issues with my theme, customized the author page template, fixed the author box, removed unwanted elements, and ensured everything worked exactly as I wanted.

During the process I also developed a live search feature for our Contributors page that integrates with Molongui. The support team was genuinely interested in the implementation, reviewed my code, and even suggested it could inspire future improvements to the plugin. That level of openness and collaboration is rare.

Every reply was fast, friendly, professional, and solution-oriented. At one point they were even working late into the evening to make sure everything functioned perfectly.
