First Widget area Heading

I solved this problem once in the past, the heading of the first widget area is not as the subsequent ones. I have the widgets set up in the footer as three columns and the first column is an h2 tag instead of an h3 tag with the span.wrap. Can there be some fix for this? I like the theme and would hate to move to another, and I had already remedied this is the past but apparently it was overlaid – I don’t know.

Anyone else had this?
