First variation doesn’t allow syncing

    We have a product set up with variations including one day, one month and so on.
    When configuring the product, why doesn’t the first variation have the syncing option available but the rest do?

    For example, one day has no sync option, one month, six months and the rest of the variations do offer the syncing option.

    How can we fix this since most people are picking the one day option but paypal is not in sync.

    Could you please specify the version number of the Subscription plugin you are using?

    Sure,

    WC 3.4.3 and subs 2.2.21.

    I also have min/max able 2.9.6 and product add-ons 2.8.1 which I cannot afford to upgrade just now since the site is mainly in development. Need to see orders so we can upgrade.

    Please, don’t say I have to upgrade. It is important for people to be able to run a version for a while when they can’t afford to upgrade. Things should keep working however, be backward compatible. Upgrades should be new features and not bug fixes.

    Hi @bloggy2013,

    Based on the version number you mentioned, it looks like you are using a different subscription plugin on your website. Kindly contact the support of the plugin you are using regarding this issue.

    What? It’s the WC subs plugin and that is the current version. Maybe I am not seeing a typo that you are.

    Again, here are the plugins that we have.

    WC 3.4.3
    WC min/max 2.4.3
    WC product add-ons 2.8.1
    WC subs 2.2.21

    On your own site, the information for subs is;

    Version: 2.2.21
    Author: WooCommerce
    Requires WordPress Version: 3.0.0 or higher
    Compatible up to: 4.9.6

    The current version of Subscription for WooCommerce is 1.3.4. You must have confused our plugin with the WooCommerce Subscription plugin. Kindly contact the support for WooCommerce Subscriptions regarding this issue.

    I’m totally confused.
