Hi, just installed your plugin and activated it but I don’t get any new fields by default.

Is there anything else I need to do after activation?

I encounter the same problem with wordpress 3.4 and buddypress 1.6

Thanks for reporting this. When I solved a bug with WordPress 3.5 and introduced this new bug with WordPress 3.4…xD.

Now it should work with version 1.4.5.

Sorry, I still don’t see them….

Should they be under Users > Profile fields?

I just see Name (Primary) (Required)

I can see the db tables have been setup but only ‘Name’ field is there..

Do we just add them manually?
