• I’ve been using Astra (and Pro) for years because it’s truly wonderful if you’re an absolute beginner with no coding knowledge at all. Recently I had an issue with my site. It was assumed after testing that the issue was with Astra because everything else had checked out by my host. (It ended up not being Astra.) When I contacted customer support, they were so wonderful and started testing it almost immediately. They communicated with me appropriately, and when it was discovered that the issue was on the host side, they were so nice about it and seemed to just be happy that my website was working again. I can’t recommend them highly enough. And thank you all once again for such tremendous support.
