All slides display ok on my home page, and links on all but the first one work as expected.

But the first slide behaves differently: it stays up for twice as long as the others, and clicking on it during the first half of that time links back the the website home page. If I wait for several seconds there’s a perceptible twitch in the slide image, and then the link changes to the intended target page.

You got two slideshows running on that site, it looks like your theme is loading Coin Slider, and that script is powering the slideshow, which is being generated by Meteor Slides?

I recommend only using one slideshow to avoid conflict. You can try deactivating Meteor Slides and using just what is built into the theme, or disable the slideshow functionality in the theme and then use Meteor Slides instead.

Thanks for the tip, I’ll disable Coin Slider and use Meteor Slides exclusively.

(The outfit that originally designed our page did the change-over from CS to MS; I’ll get them involved too.
