First problem encountered opening install.php

    Look at my error from this screenshot, my domain is being transferred atm so i dont know if its because of that. But I should be able to install it even without the domain right?

    database has been made, user has been made. database config has been modified to the correct information.

    What else is left for me to do?

    http://www.toughgaming.com nameserver has just been changed to my new host while im writing this. Now my domainname will be working in a few hours.

    Not really.

    Furthermore: propagating the new name servers requires usually 24-72 hours.
    The screenshot clearly shows that PHP is not running on that server.
