"First Name" and "Last Name" field missing | WordPress.org

I lost the name fields after a update, not sure which one, and cannot find a way to add it back? Any help with this matter?

Where were these fields at?

I had them as part of the registration, Now all it asks for is the user name and password.

That’s just it, I didn’t originally do it, the old “webmaster” did. I took it over and am “learning” as I go. :\
