I’m using a Slick Slider Carousel on the home page under the video and while it works just fine overall, the first image “pops” into the center position after the initial loop begins and as it cycles through over and over.

If you let it cycle through the graphics for a few minutes you’ll see that when you get back to the first ad (currently Open Road) it doesn’t transition like the others when it slides into position (not as smoothly) as the other images.

I know it’s a minor thing but if there is a fix for this, or others are seeing the same behavior I’d be interested to know. I checked to confirm that all images are the same size/resolution and were created the same way.

Is there something different about the way the first image in the carousel sequence is treated that could be causing this? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Here you go. As I mentioned before it’s only the first (latest) image that does this.

    [slick-carousel-slider slidestoshow=”3″ design=”design-6″ category=”568″ centermode=”true” dots=”false” image_fit=”true” fade=”true”]

Thanks for taking a look at this.

Since one of the site editors removed the graphic from the carousel everything seems back to normal. Even though the image was the same dimensions as the others in the group once we removed it from the group everything looks correct now.

I think you can close this out as resolved and if we add a new image and it happens again maybe I can re-open this issue or create a new ticket then. Thanks for your assistance with this, I will let you know if it happens again.
