I tried replicating the issue on your site’s checkout page. But I am unable to replicate the same. The first day available for delivery to me is 17th April, i.e. Tuesday.

Can you please check your WordPress timezone once, from Settings -> General -> Timezone because our plugin will work according to WordPress Timezone and not according to customers Timezone.

Time zone is set OK.
Is very strange. Now I can select today date (17th)for delivery, even I put 8 hour for prepare delivery. But colour for 17 on calendar is yellow, not green

Regarding your query of the color of dates:
From my understanding, I think your query is with 17th April date is displaying yellow in color.
If yes, then this is happening because it is the current date and thus, it is having different color compared to other dates.
Regarding the selection of current date:
From my understanding, I think in spite of setting 8 hours as Minimum Delivery Time you are able to select current date.
If yes, then this happens because our plugin will calculate 8 hours from your current WordPress Timezone. Thus, 17th April is still available for customers.
If you want to disable current date for delivery then you have to set 24 hours of Minimum Delivery Time.
If you are facing problem other then this then, kindly share the following login access to your website so that we can check the issue.
Admin level WordPress Username, Password, and URL.
I recommend that you change the password for the duration while we fix the issue. To do this visit the dashboard of your site and click on users->authors & users -> click on Edit for the appropriate user and at the bottom of the page is a change password option.
