This issue had been resolved in v2.1.10, please make sure you use the latest wpDiscuz version.
Yep! It was 2.1.9 version. Thank you for answer! It works after updating.

First commenter redirects to “%current_url%/false” within few seconds after first comment posting. But why? I can’t understand… is in problem with admin-ajax.php?
Option “Redirect first commenter to ” set as “Do not redirect”.
