• Hello,

Yesterday I updated the menu on my website and it displays correctly in Chrome and Internet Explorer but not Firefox. The “login” tab now has a drop down menu for client and interpreter login links.

However, Firefox displays a “Client login” tab with interpreter login in the drop down menu. (This is what I changed yesterday). This is a major issue because yesterday, we received a call from someone who could not access the interpreter login. I suspect she was using Firefox but I was not on the call. I was told the customer service representative had to verbally give her the login URL because when the person hovered the mouse over “client login” nothing happened.

I made these changes yesterday (5/19/16) along with a few page edits. On my PC the “client login” tab appears with the “interpreter login” drop down menu. I cleared my cache (in WP and Firefox) yesterday and today and I am still experiencing the error.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? If so, how did you resolve it? I am not a technical person or developer but to me, it sounds like an error on Firefox’s end.

    Our website is http://interpretersunlimited.com

Any insight you can provide is appreciated!

    Thank you,

    Anita
