Finding link in source code

Due to an SEO analysis finding, I have found in my source code, a line of code referring to the image with the missing alt. It is:

It’s not causing an issue (other than the lower SEO score), but it’s driving me crazy that I can’t find where this is being driven from. I have done a search on my wordpress directory and only 1 cache file has the image name in it (“My-project”). Any thoughts on where this might have come from. I am unfamiliar with how wordpress creates the index file from the various code files.
