On the customize page under single posts there is an option to hide author bio. I have 2 questions. Right now I have a picture and bio in the sidebar widget but I would like a different side bar for my post pages. How do I do that?

Is there a place for the author bio with picture, so I can get the hide checkbox to work?

Hello there,

To display different widgets in the sidebar on specific pages, you could use Widget Logic plugin.

I am unable to view author box. For example: This is the link:

http://stupidnews.in/politics/rahul-gandhi-promises-minimum-of-1-year-onsite-to-every-software-engineer-if-his-party-returns-to-power/

When you click on the Author name : Super Stupid Sachin , it is redirecting to home page. I am using Word press Version 5.1.1. Earlier it was working fine.
