Find Populated Field Groups

    I am wondering if you can help me with something.

    Imagine this…

    I have a site with lots of custom fields groups created with ACF.

    The site has 100s of pages and 100s of posts.

    I am trying to find where and how many posts or pages have a particular custom field populated vs unused so I know which ones can be retired and which need to be kept.

    Is there any way of finding this out without going through the SQL database?
