Troubleshooting Logo strange behavior

Hello
I would like to troubleshot the following problem.
After installing WPML and creating a second translation I have a problem with changed url for main logo in translated page. First page have still his logo but after switching to the second language page link to logo changes. Or if edit main English page with visual composer link to logo changes as well. (If I add VC tags thought standard WP editor nothing happens).

The question is How to troubleshoot problems like that ? I assume that there is some css (url path or something) that is applied for second translation. Right click on logo with Firebug shows only different urls (png file file locations).CSS are the same. I Can’t not find the source problem. Please help.
