Finally the one I was looking for…

… this one was the one that worked flawlessly . After experimenting WP Migrate DB and other ones, this one avoids me avoiding to go phpmyadmin, export all the wordpress Database into SQL, importing it into the development environment and having to replace the Home Url of the installation. No more need to have to do the same stuff over again and again.
